Voice + Text on Same WhatsApp Number

Sometimes during a voice call a quick text with the pertinent details can be a great way to serve the customer. With this update Contacto can do just that: send a text message to the same WhatsApp number during a voice call.

Agent Desktop version 1.2.1

This feature was included in v1.2.1 released on 22 September 2022.

What else is included

Also included in this release agents have the ability to record (start, stop, pause) recordings for outbound calls.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue when transferring outbound calls

• Fixed UI issues with phone number entry on dialer when placing outbound calls

• Fixed app crash after logout
