Reduce Customer Wait time using Callback Requests
We are excited to announce a new capability that will help reduce wait times and keep customers happy. Now, when a contact requests a callback while waiting in the queue, admins have the ability to choose between maintaining their previous queue position or placing them at the end of the queue.
This ensures that the customer is not on hold for too long while waiting for an Agent.
