Queue Enhancements and Custom Variables
We're excited to announce an update to the Queue and Route component and the introduction of a new component, SetAttribute. Here’s a brief overview:
Queue and Route Component Update:
Queue Variables: Now you can use variables like Estimated Wait Time and Queue Position in the Queue prompts, allowing for real-time communication about wait times to callers.
New SetAttribute Component:
Custom Variables: Enables the setting of custom variables within flows to facilitate the transfer of conversation data to external 3rd party APIs after the conversation ends, streamlining workflow and enhancing data utility.
These enhancements are designed to improve efficiency and caller satisfaction by providing more detailed and dynamic communication options, along with better data management and integration tools.
