WhatsApp Messages Outgoing
In a previous release WhatsApp messaging became available for inbound (customer-initiated) messages. Now, agents can initiate and send new messages - not associated with a current customer conversation - using verified message templates.
Agent Desktop version 1.2.0
This feature was included in v1.2.0 released on 13 September 2022.
What else is included
Related to the above feature, Admins can add new message templates in the Admin Console for agents to use.
Also included are improvements to the Agent Desktop update process.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue that automatically mutes all sebsequent calls after hanging up a call when on mute
Fixed an issue that sometimes removed Active conversations on reconnecting the Agent Desktop to the Contacto services
