This release includes fixes to outgoing conversations, integration issues with customer information from external business systems, handling omni-channel conversations of Whatsapp and Text.

  • Fixed glitches that occur when initiating new outgoing conversations

  • Fixed issues in fetching customer information from systems integrated with Contacto

  • Fixed issues encountered while changing between Whatsapp and Text channels in a conversation

  • UI improvements across the interactions in Whatsapp & Messaging conversations

  • Improved error handling across the Agent Desktop to prevent any app crashes

This feature was included in v4.2.1 released on 25 January 2023.
