Handle Calls Without a CRM!

Agents can handle conversations on any channel without integrating an external system like a CRM or ticketing system. We updated the platform so Contacto can function as a standalone customer service application.

Agent Desktop version 0.3.0

This feature was included in v0.3.0 released on 13 April 2022.

What else is included

Also included are some UX enhancements when transferring conversations internally to another queue and externally to another phone number.

Bug Fixes - no bug fixes in this release.
