Outbound Calls
There's a lot more to this feature than simply the capability to place an outbound call. Time-saving workflow improvements are important for agent user experience and ultimately your end-customer experience.

0.1.0 | released 2/14/22 - includes a dial pad, and place calls directly from external / CRM systems
0.1.1 | released 2/23/22 - initiate calls from within Salesforce
0.1.2 | released 3/3/22 - configurable outgoing call profiles for proper display of caller ID number
