New Channel: WhatsApp!!
Inbound WhatsApp Now Available
In this exciting release Contacto facilitates inbound WhatsApp messaging as a new channel available in the Agent Desktop.
Agent Desktop version 1.0.0
This feature was included in v1.0.0 released on 17 July 2022.
What else is included
Also included is the capability to send and receive media attachments.
Agents can receive the following: photos, videos, audio messages, documents, locations, and contact cards
Agents can send the following: video, audio, and documents
Bug Fixes
Fixed issues when canceling a transfer and merging participants during warm call-transfer
Fixed glitches to smoothly handle app reload/refresh events when call transfer is in progress
Improvements under-the-hood to enhance the performance of the Agent Desktop
Notifications for the status of call transfer are shown when the corresponding conversation is selected
