Multiple Attachments in Messages

In the Agent Desktop, for outbound messages initiated by an agent, multiple files can be attached to a message, for example: image, document, video, etc.

The following bug fixes were also included

  • App refresh, icons, and unread message badge counts displaying properly

  • Crash and error handling related to message components and attachments

  • API fetch refresh when customer contact details are updated from Contacto to integrated business systems
