Contacto is the simple workspace for customer service teams. Customer service agents manage conversations in a single-page desktop view (MacOS and Windows), while admins and team leads can manage users, queues, and more with a web-based console.

An intuitive web application to administrate your cloud instance of Contacto is included with every plan. Not only can you manage your team but you can build some pretty cool automations with Contacto's no-code FlowBuilder. In the Console you can:
Add, update, delete users and permissions
Purchase and manage phone numbers
Manage skills, queues, and routing
Configure interactive voice response (IVR), business hours, and holidays
Access and analyze dashboards and reporting on your customer service key performance indicators
