Improvements in viewing and accessing Conversations

We are excited to share some exciting new product changes that we have implemented.

RBAC (role-based access control) for viewing Conversation list

Admin can allow agents and supervisors to access their own, teams, or all conversations in an organization. This control will help admins to better manage and regulate conversation access throughout their organization.

UX improvement in viewing Conversation recordings

We are adding a new display of timestamps into call recording chunks. This addition will make it easier for users to quickly check when a call was created, without having to go back and forth between multiple screens.
