Important: Payment gateway charges for your Contacto account

We’re writing to inform you about an important update regarding credit card payments for your Contacto account.

Starting July 1, all credit card transactions (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and others) on your Contacto account will incur a 3% payment gateway fee at the time of the payment. This fee is charged by credit card payment gateways globally and Contacto passes it on without additional markups. 

To help understand this change, let’s consider an example. For a credit card transaction of $100, a payment gateway fee of $3 (3% of $100) will be applied toward the transaction. Therefore, the total amount charged to your credit card will be $103.
