Enhanced Call Routing and Recording Experience
Elevate your Customer interactions with our latest update, to ensure improved customer experience and monitoring of calls. Here’s what’s new:
Callback Timeout Increase: We've adjusted the callback timeout and increased queue capacity to ensure that no customer callback requests are dropped. Enjoy improved reliability and responsiveness in our callback feature.
Recording of Calls Routed to External Numbers: Now, calls made to external numbers will be recorded through the route component. Admins can easily access and review call recordings for quality assurance and training purposes.
