This quick update data in sync between Contacto and Salesforce. The agent in Contacto is tagged on the task in Salesforce.

Agent Desktop version 0.1.4

This feature was included in v0.1.4 released 22 March 2022.

We removed a redundant notification displayed when after-conversation work is completed.

Fixed Issues

  • Dismissing the reload confirmation when the app refreshes during an active voice call

  • Removed a redundant loading screen that shows sometimes when an outgoing call is canceled

  • Glitch where an incoming call-request is dismissed when resolving the current conversation
