Transfer calls!
Robust telephony is core to Contacto's offering, and transferring calls is a key component to a fully-featured voice channel. This release includes the capability to transfer voice calls to another agent, team, or skill group. Stay tuned: transfer of asynchronous conversations - like chat or SMS - is coming soon!
Agent Desktop version 0.1.3
This feature was included in v0.1.3 released on 15 March 2022.
Hold music, too
As part of the transfer feature, also included in this release is the ability to customize hold music via FlowBuilder, Contaco's drag-and-drop queue and routing tool. A simple .mp3 upload is all it takes.
