Updates to Voice Call Controls
1) Agents can now start, stop, and pause call recordings during a conversation.
2) Outbound voice calls can be transferred, to another agent, team, queue, or external phone number.
Agent Desktop version 1.1.0
This feature was included in v1.1.0 released on 1 September 2022.

Also included is an update to the Admin Console to toggle default recording controls.

Fixed an issue that sometimes removed active conversations when reconnecting the Agent Desktop to the Contacto services layer
