Call Conferencing and Background Noise Reduction During Voice Calls
New Capability Released
1. Call Conference
Agents will now be able to add external participants to a voice call. This will enable them to add their team members or any other participant who can help provide a resolution to the customer they are speaking with.
In conference calls, participants can be added one by one to a pre-existing single call, to a maximum of 2 external participants.
2. Background Noise Reduction During Voice Calls
PlivoCX service can now reduce and suppress the background noise from the agent's environment while they are on a call with the customer.
This can be enabled by the Admin from Settings-> Calls -> Other Settings
