This major release includes lots of new functionality for organizations to integrate into external business systems and handle customer requests from a single screen. The list below describes specific features available in this release:
Interface changes and configuration capabilities to facilitate API-based integrations with external business systems. Agents can create and edit data objects (e.g. customer contact, appointment, order, ticket information, etc.) within the Contacto Agent Desktop during a customer inquiry conversation.

This feature was included in v3.0.0 released on 28 November 2022.
