Agent Status Metrics
Introducing Agent Status Metrics
We are thrilled to announce the release of Agent status dashboards under our Agent Metrics report. Admins can view the no: of active agents per day, and easily compare it to the conversation volume.
With the Agent status dashboard, admins can also gain a comprehensive view of the agents’ working hours. This includes tracking the login duration, break times, and any other status changes the agent may have had during their shifts.
Admins can now gain a better understanding of the performance and availability of their agents, leading to improved organization and better management.
