Agent Status Updates
This quick update includes a fix to Agent Status. When an agent closes / quits the desktop application their status is updated to "offline" so that they are not included in the ACD routing and for more accurate reporting.
Agent Desktop version 0.5.1
This was included in v0.5.1 released on 19 May 2022.
