Agent-initiated Outbound SMS now available! - v2.1.0

SMS initiated by Agents now available

In v2.0.0 we released SMS capabilities, but this feature was limited to inbound messages to your business phone number. Agents could not initiate an outbound SMS. This release opens up the outbound, agent-initiated capability.

What else is included

There were no bug fixes or UI enhancements included in this release!
