Agent calling capability via Web Browser
We are very excited to announce several exciting product changes that will make life easier for our agents. These changes include the ability to log in via a web browser, improved playback for call recordings, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Login for Agents.
Agent Web Browser Login
Agents can now log in via a web browser to effortlessly handle customer conversations. With this latest update, agents can initiate and manage customer interactions directly from their web browsers, making it easier than ever to stay connected and provide top-notch service. Embrace the flexibility of working from anywhere with minimal effort.
Improved Call Recording Playback controls
Supervisors can now audit and monitor call recordings more efficiently, thanks to our improved playback feature with speed control options (1.2x, 1.5x, etc.).
Azure SSO Login for Agents
Finally, with Azure Active Directory SSO login, agents will have access to a secure account with an easy and reliable sign-in process. This new feature joins our existing authentication methods in Google SSO and email login to provide more options for agents.
