Ability to create Tasks for internal collaboration
We've made some changes to our products that we think you'll really like. Now, agents can assign work to other agents using tasks. Tasks can either be a callback request to the customer or a simple task. This way, agents can create a task while handling a conversation, and assign it to themselves, other agents, teams, or routing flows. Plus, they can edit a task to add additional information. We hope you find this helpful!
